Primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type (PCDLBCL, LT) : Molecular Genetic Features:

• Gene expression profile of activated B-cell type of DLBCL
• Translocations involving BCL6 (30%), MYC (30%), and IGH (50%)
• BCL2 amplification is seen in 67% of cases
• Loss of CDKN2A by del 9p21.3 or by promoter methylation (67% of cases) portends poor prognosis
• Mutations in NF-κB pathway: MYD88 L265P (60%), CARD11 (10%), CD79B (20%), and TNFAIP3/A20 (40%)
• Recurrent genetic alterations in PDL1/PDL2 in about 40% of cases.
