Comments:
Primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type : Morphology. The infiltrate consists of large atypical cells resembling centroblasts and immunoblasts in diffuse sheets. Centroblasts have scant cytoplasm, large round or oval vesicular nuclei, peripherally located multiple small nucleoli, and brisk mitotic activity. This image consists predominantly of centroblasts. Immunoblasts are round cells with more abundant basophilic cytoplasm and a large vesicular nucleus with a single prominent nucleolus. A few reactive T-cells are present in perivascular distribution. Usually, there are no follicular dendritic cell networks.
