Morphology: Primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type (PCDLBCL, LT), is composed of diffuse infiltrate in the dermis and subcutaneous tissues, with sparing of the epidermis (grenz zone). Ulceration may be present (as in this case).
