Cutaneous Follicle Center Lymphoma : CD23

Comments:
In cutaneous follicle center lymphomas, the early lesions show prominent follicular dendritic cell networks which can be highlighted with CD21 (previous image), CD23 (shown here) and CD35 immunostains. Cases with diffuse growth pattern usually lack this feature.
