Comments:
Morphology: Bladder MALT lymphoma is composed of medium-sized neoplastic marginal zone B-cells with moderate to abundant pale cytoplasm, slightly irregular medium-sized nuclei with dispersed chromatin, and inconspicuous nucleoli.

Discrete large transformed cells with morphology of centroblasts or immunoblasts are usually present in variable numbers. This image shows 2-3 such cells. If they form solid aggregates, nodules or confluent sheets, a diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma should be considered.
