Lymphoepithelial Sialadenitis (LESA) & Salivary Gland MALT Lymphoma: In the initial stages of LESA, the ducts are dilated and epithelium is infiltrated (lymphoepithelial lesions) by medium-sized lymphocytes resembling marginal zone B-cells with slightly irregular nuclei and abundant pale cytoplasm. Plasma cells are frequently present around the ducts.
