Comments:
Homer-Wright rosettes are seen in 25 to 30% of neuroblastomas, usually in poorly-differentiated subtype. They consist of an arrangement of tumor cells around a central area (not a lumen, canal, or a blood vessel) filled with neurofibrillary processes. Two rosettes can be seen in this image along with foci of calcification.
