Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma (SMZL) - Immunophenotype: The neoplastic cells in a prototypic case have the following profile:

Positive Markers: CD20, BCL2, IgD, p27, and MNDA.
Negative Markers: CD3, CD23, CD43, CD38, CD5, CD10, BCL6, cyclin D1, and annexin A1.

This image shows CD20+ tumor micronodules replacing the splenic white pulp. There is also red pulp infiltration.
