CLL/SLL in Spleen

Comments:
Low power panoramic view showing splenic involvement in CLL/SLL. There is irregular nodular expansion of white pulp and congestion of red pulp. Well-defined proliferation centers composed of prolymphocytes and paraimmunoblasts are generally not seen, unlike in lymph node involvement.
