Myxopapillary Ependymoma

Comments:
Prominent vascular hyalinization is often seen in myxopapillary ependymomas. The tumor may contain areas of hemorrhage and calcification. Given the presence of abundant extracellular mucin, they have a gelatinous consistency grossly.
