Clear Cell Sarcoma of Kidney : Storiform Pattern

Storiform Pattern: In this pattern of clear cell sarcoma of kidney (CCSK), spindle-shaped tumor cells are arranged in haphazard, short intersecting fascicles mimicking fibrohistocytic neoplasms.

Pure spindle cell CCSK can resemble monophasic synovial sarcoma and cellular congenital mesoblastic nephroma. Some cases have the appearance of monomorphic high-grade sarcoma.
