Clear Cell Sarcoma of Kidney : Orphan Annie Nuclei

Comments:
Due to a fixation artifact, many nuclei in clear cell sarcomas of kidney appear empty or optically clear (Orphan Annie nuclei). This is similar to the nuclei of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
