Comments:
This example of apocrine carcinoma shows a variable invasive pattern. Superficially the tumor forms large, irregular nests with some glandular differentiation and focal decapitation secretion, typical of apocrine neoplasms. The deep aspect the tumor is invading as cords and small nests and represents less differentiated aspect of the tumor.
