Perivascular spaces in a thymoma contain a loose network of neoplastic epithelial cells, lymphocytes, proteinaceous fluid, red blood cells, and foamy histiocytes. They are more commonly seen in Type B Thymomas. This image is from a case of Type B2 Thymoma.
