Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumor

Comments:
The main differential diagnosis is with sarcomatoid carcinoma and myxoid leiomyosarcoma both of which display greater nuclear pleomorphism and atypia than that seen here and usually show atypical mitotic figures - a feature absent in inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors.
