Condyloma of Bladder

Higher magnification of previous image showing the classic histologic features of condyloma acuminata, including koilocytosis, wrinkled nuclei, binucleation, and dyskeratocytes. Condylomas of the urinary bladder are a risk factor for subsequent development of carcinoma (squamous, verrucous). Close follow-up is recommended.
