Myxoid Leiomyoma of Uterus

Comments:
Elongated spindle smooth muscle cells with fibrillary acidophilic cytoplasm and elongated nuclei with fusiform or blunt ends in a background of a pink-bluish myxoid matrix. Scattered lymphocytes can be noted throughout.
