Nonatypical Endometrial Hyperplasia

Nonatypical Endometrial Hyperplasia (NEH): Closely packed tubular, irregular or branching glands lined by simple columnar epithelium. The nuclei are uniform, elongated and maintain their polarity. Punctate nucleoli are present (better appreciated in the next image). There is no appreciable cytologic atypia.
