Pregnancy Luteoma vs Steroid Cell Tumor, not otherwise specified (SCT, NOS): Pregnancy luteoma consists of luteinized stromal cells and closely resembles SCT, NOS. It lacks cytologic atypia but may show high mitotic activity. It is associated with a theca lutein cyst and is frequently multifocal and/or bilateral. In addition, it occurs in a young woman who is pregnant or has recently delivered. The tumor usually regresses after delivery. (Continued in the next image)
