Thecoma : Inhibin

Comments:
Immunohistochemical Profile: Thecomas are positive for inhibin, calretinin, SF1, and vimentin. CD10 may also be positive. FOXL2 is positive by immunohistochemistry; however FOXL2 mutations have been found in <20% of cases. They are negative for CD99, cytokeratin and EMA.
