Clear Cell Carcinoma

Clear cell carcinomas (CCC) of the ovary usually show moderate to severe cytologic atypia consisting of eccentric hyperchromatic nuclei and prominent nucleoli. All CCC are considered high-grade by default. This image shows single tumor cells with pleomorphic nuclei infiltrating through spindle cell stroma.
