Comments:
Primary cardiac lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell type (same case as the previous two images). The image shows a diffuse sheet of medium to large-sized atypical lymphoid cells with features of centroblasts. They have angulated, round, or oval nuclei, multiple punctate nucleoli and indistinct basophilic cytoplasm. A few non-neoplastic reactive lymphocytes (usually T-cells) are present.
