Synovial Sarcoma

Comments:
The epithelial component in this biphasic synovial sarcoma is composed of compressed or flattened cleft-like spaces lined by cuboidal or flattened epithelial cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm. The intervening stroma consists of uniform spindle cells.
