Comments:
Endocervicosis of the urinary bladder. The glands are lined by columnar, mucin-secreting epithelium resembling that lining the endocervix. The gland at the bottom is lined by flattened epithelium and shows mucin extravasation. The irregular shape of the glands, their location, and mucin extravasation with stromal response may lead to the mistaken diagnosis of adenocarcinoma.
