Microscopic Features: Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcomas contain multinucleated giant cells with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm that often resemble rhabdomyoblasts. However, they are negative for skeletal muscle markers (myogenin, MyoD1, desmin).
