Idiopathic Scrotal Calcinosis: This young male presented with multiple firm to hard polypoid nodules in his scrotal skin that had been slowly enlarging over last 5 years. They ranged in size from 1 to 3 cm. The cut surface showed numerous variably-sized yellow-white chalky deposits in the dermis and subcutaneous tissues (see next image).
