Idiopathic Scrotal Calcinosis: This 35 y/o patient presented with multiple firm to hard nodules in his scrotal skin. On examination, he had 35 to 40 superficial nodules ranging in size from 0.2 to 1.0 cm. The lesions had been growing slowly for last several years. They were asymptomatic but had recently started causing discomfort due to increased size.
