Comments:
Lipoblastoma - Imaging: This MRI (Coronal T2) image is from a 2 y/o female who presented with a rapidly enlarging neck mass. There is a large well-defined supra- and infraclavicular mass with internal septations. The signal intensity is typical for fatty lesions (high T1 and T2 signal with fat suppression on fat sat sequences). The lesion was excised and histologic examination confirmed lipoblastoma.
