Myxolipoma

Lipoma Variants - Myxolipoma: Myxolipomas show myxoid stroma in addition to mature adipose tissue. This is reflected grossly as slightly pale yellow cut surface with a gelatinous appearance. The location of this myxolipoma was spermatic cord (seen in the image).
