Comments:
The specimen shows several enlarged cervical lymph nodes that were removed from a 45 year-old male. The cut-surface has a homogenous, fleshy appearance. The diagnosis was diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. It tends to involve extranodal sites more often and be localized at the time of presentation.
