Comments:
Mixed sex cord-stromal tumors of the testis show various forms of differentiation within the same tumor. They are rare tumors and generally seen in adults. The presentation consists of a testicular swelling or mass. Grossly, they have yellow-tan cut surface.

This image shows tubular and retiform patterns on the right suggestive of Sertoli cell tumor and a stromal component on the left resembling fibroma-thecoma.
