Comments:
The tumor cells of juvenile granulosa cell tumor have moderate to abundant quantities of pale eosinophilic or amphophilic cytoplasm, round-to-oval hyperchromatic nuclei (no grooves) with occasional nucleoli. Mitotic activity is commonly increased. Mild to moderate cytologic atypia is present and does not affect the prognosis.
