Introduction: Gonadoblastoma is a rare tumor that contains both germ cells (seminoma-like cells, immature germ cells & spermatogonia-like cells) as well as sex cord-stromal cells (resembling granulosa cells and Sertoli cells). It is associated with gonadal dysgenesis.

The image shows multiple discrete nodules composed of germ cells, sex cord cells, and eosinophilic deposits of basement membrane material most of which are calcified.
