Comments:
Epidermoid cyst - a type of prepubertal teratoma that arose in the testis of an adult (postpubertal) patient. It was a unilocular cyst that completely replaced the testicular parenchyma and was filled with creamy-white keratinous material. It was lined by keratinizing squamous epithelium lacking adnexal structures.
