Clusters of intermediate trophoblastic cells infiltrating the myometrium in a uterine placental site trophoblastic tumor. The tumor cells have large, irregular hyperchromatic nuclei and abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm. Note the intranuclear pseudoinclusions near the bottom of the image.
