Paget Disease of Bone (PDB) - Mixed Osteolytic & Osteoblastic Phase: The resorption cavities created by osteoclasts in the early (lytic) phase get filled with patches of newly formed woven bone which is separated from the established lamellar bone by numerous, prominent, irregular blue cement lines, creating a mosaic pattern.
