Paget Disease of Bone (PDB) - Mixed Osteolytic & Osteoblastic Phase: Osteoblasts line resorption bays (several of which are seen in this image) created by osteoclasts in the early (lytic) phase. The bone marrow has been replaced by fibrovascular tissue.
