Paget Disease of Bone (PDB) - Gross Pathology: There is marked thickening of the table of the skull with widening of diploic space. Dense sclerotic bone is admixed with lytic areas (red zones). Note the distortion of frontal sinuses near the top by the sclerotic bone.
