Comments:
Paget Disease of Bone (PDB) - Imaging Studies: Incidental finding of PDB involving the skull in a 90 y/o male being evaluated for acute hemiparesis. This plain X-ray (lateral view) shows marked, irregular thickening of the cortex. The diploic space is widened and there are ill-defined sclerotic and lucent areas throughout (cotton wool spots).
