Mammary Paget Disease: There is acanthosis and hyperkeratosis. The Paget cells infiltrate the full thickness of the epidermis either singly or in small clusters. They have abundant pale pink cytoplasm and large vesicular nuclei. The underlying dermis shows a lymphocytic infiltrate.
