Secretory carcinoma of breast displays a variety of architectural patterns in varying proportions. This field shows an area with tubular/ductular growth. The spaces within the tubules/ducts contain abundant dense eosinophilic secretions - a characteristic feature of this tumor. These secretions are PAS+ve diastase resistant. The tubules/ducts are separated by a scant amount of sclerotic stroma.
