This image shows microinvasive carcinoma in a mucinous cystic neoplasm of pancreas. The invading glands are confined to the ovarian-type stroma. There was no invasion of pancreatic parenchyma or extrapancreatic sites. There is low-grade mucinous epithelium on the top surface.
