Metastatic Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor : DOG1

Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) with rhabdoid features metastatic to the liver in a 60 year old man with 2 years history of perforated GIST of the cecum. He has received Gleevec (Imatinib) with primary resistance to the therapy. He developed multiple tumor metastases to the intercostal muscles, diaphragm and liver.
