Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Comments:
Non-neoplastic liver parenchyma (left) abuts well-circumscribed nodules of tumor cells on the right. The tumor cells resemble native hepatocytes with mild pleomorphism and hyperchromasia. There is abnormal architecture with disordered, thickened trabeculae.
