AdenoCA of Colon : Signet Ring Cell

Signet ring cell carcinoma of colon. The tumor cells are seen infiltrating muscularis propria. They show minimal atypia and have subtle features and look like histiocytes at first glance. Areas with greater cytologic atypia and overt signet ring cell features were present elsewhere in the specimen (see next image).
