Sessile Serrated Adenoma : MLH1 Loss

Comments:
Loss of MLH1 (one of the DNA mismatch repair genes) by immunohistochemistry in a sessile serrated adenoma. Uninvolved crypts on the left as well as the inflammatory cells serve as a nice internal positive control.
