Dysplasia in Sessile Serrated Adenoma

Higher magnification of the previous image showing dysplastic focus (resembling tubular adenoma) in a sessile serrated adenoma. There is glandular overcrowding, nuclear enlargement and hyperchromasia, nuclear pseudostratification, and loss of goblet cell mucin.
