Ulcerative Colitis

Colonic biopsy showing chronic ulcerative colitis. There is crypt distortion, increased number of plasma cells in the lamina propria, loss of cytoplasmic mucin. and reactive atypia in the form of enlarged hyperchromatic nuclei.
