Comments:
Sclerosing adenosis is a benign mimic of prostate cancer and is usually an incidental finding in TURP specimens as shown here. It is relatively well-circumscribed, although some cases may show minimal infiltration at their periphery. It consists of variably sized glands in a cellular spindle stroma.
