Brunner Gland Adenoma (Hamartoma)

Comments:
It is not considered to be a true neoplasm but most likely a hamartoma. It may sometimes show foveolar metaplasia with dysplastic changes. The most common site of involvement is the junction between the first and second parts of duodenum.
